WARRANTY AND REPAIR POLICY

At Airlite, we stand by the quality and performance of our products. All Airlite rods are covered by our warranty policy for the original owner, applicable for the natural lifespan of the product. However, our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors such as excessive wear beyond normal use, environmental corrosion (including saltwater), mold, or damage from vehicles.

Warranty Coverage
If your rod breaks during regular use, we will replace the broken section - at the discretion of Airlite’s warranty department - for a service fee (fee varies) as long as the rod is a current model. For discontinued models, we offer a 50% discount on the MSRP of a comparable current model as a replacement.

For many current production models, replacement tips are available for direct purchase on our website without the need to submit a warranty or repair request.

Important Details

  • All warranty and repair requests are subject to review and approval by our warranty department.
  • Return shipping costs on canceled or declined service requests are the responsibility of the customer.


Service Charges

  • Tip section: $25
  • Rod section replacement: $50
  • All other warranty and repair claims charged according to damage and age of the rod
