WARRANTY

Anything can happen on the water, but rest assured, we are here to help!

Airflo stands behind its “No Crack, No Failure” policy for every new fly line sold through an authorized dealer or directly from Airflo, for up to 1 year from the purchase date. This warranty is for the original owner of the line and is non-transferable. Airflo warranties all lines for manufacturing defects, and will replace any affected line as soon as possible.

If you are unsure whether your line is eligible for warranty replacement, please call our office at (970) 249-0606, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm MST, or email us at customersupport@airflousa.com for further assistance.  

Please also include the items in the return shipment along with the warranty-related product:

  1. Completed form on this link
  2. Sales receipt or approximate date of purchase  
  3. The line model and line weight that is being returned 
  4. A brief explanation of the reason for the return

  1. Please allow up to 1 week upon receipt of the shipment to communicate the proposed plan resolving the warranty issue.
  2. Airflo will replace any discontinued product model with a current replacement model when applicable.
  3. All lines sent in for warranty that are not returned will be recycled.
